Sophie Friedericke Martensmeier's parents Summary Sophie Friedericke Henrietta Martensmeier was born November 10 1827 in Langenholzhausen, Lippe-Detmold. She was listed under her father, Heinrich Adolf Martensmeier, as part of the group of original Lipper Settlers. Sophie married Friederich Christian Stoelting on March 10 1858. Friederich immigrated from Germany in 1854. He was a master carpenter, and is credited with raising the first building at the Mission Haus in 1862. Sophie died July 1 1919 in the Town of Herman, Wisconsin. Children: 1.1 Henry Stoelting Henry was a carpenter in Sheboygan. 1.2 Pauline Stoelting Pauline and Friederich moved to Freeport, Illinois. They had no children. 1.3 William Stoelting 1.4 August Herman Stoelting August was a carpenter in Sheboygan. 1.5 Adolph Otto Stoelting 1.6 Ida Stoelting 1.7 Bertha Stoelting 1.8 Herman Gustav Stoelting 1.9 Gustav Stoelting 1.10 Mathilda Emilie Stoelting Mathilda and Henry moved to Schaller, Iowa. 1.11 Adolph Friederich Stoelting
